L'olor de la nit is a 100% carignan red wine from Estones de Mishima's range. The project symbolises the union between the world of music and Catalan viticulture, born from a collaboration between the Catalan pop group Mishima and the Estones Vins winery, a winery committed to artisanal winemaking and working with indigenous grape varieties, values which are clearly reflected by the band led by David Carabén.

Production: 

Elaborated from old Carignan (Samsó) vines planted on a small parcel with red clay soils in the municipal district of Els Guiaments.

Hand harvested. Macerated and fermented in stainless steel vats. Clarified, cold-stabilised and gently filtered.

Tasting Notes: 

A deep cherry red colour, clean and bright. Displays notes of ripe black fruit and Mediterranean forest herbs. Entry on the palate with freshness and smoothness and good fruit weight, all accompanied by good acidity. Ripe tannins and a long finish.
