A quality classic sparkling wine, made by the "Méthode Champenoise". The first long-aged sparkling wine in the country was made in 1951 by the fourth generation of the Gramona family, and it has been crafted using artisan processes ever since.

III Lustros comes from the Font de Jui estate, which has been in the family since the 19th century and has clay-calcareous and sandy soils. It spends 87 months cork-ageing on the lees.

Tasting Notes:

Bright straw yellow with green tones. Rich, toasty, smoky notes with buttery and nutty aromas. Very soft entry with a fine constant bubble. It shows good ripeness, pastries, and light bread flavours, as well as a nice nuttiness on the finish. Refined and very sophisticated.

Gramona is a founding member of the new brand, CORPINNAT, which stands for a collective European Union Brand established with the aim of distinguishing great sparkling wines made in the heart of the Penedès from 100% organic manual harvest, 100% vinification on the premises of the winery, and long ageing.
