Production:

A blend of an old Oloroso with an old Pedro Ximenez, which gives it a sweet character. Each individually aged in its own Solera. After blending, the wine is further aged for three years in a solera of 33 American oak casks before bottling.

Tasting Notes:

Dark mahogany colour with bronze hues. Concentrated aromas of ripe fruits, spice box, raisin, mocca, cocoa, and toffee. Very clean on the palate, with a clean acidity and flavour of raisins, nuts, crystallised orange, and candied peel.

Notes: Best drank after the meal as sweet digestif; goes very well with rich cakes and blue cheeses.
