Aged in American oak casks through the traditional "solera y criaderas" method in the winery in El Puerto de Santa Maria, a seaside town situated in the Sherry triangle.

Fino is the driest and palest of the traditional varieties of sherry. The wine is aged in barrels under a cap of flor to prevent contact with the air.

Tasting Notes: Pale yellow in colour. Flavours of roasted nuts and almonds. Dry and crisp on the palate. This is a lighter and more delicate Fino with very low acidity and great finesse.

Notes: Serve cold. Ideal as an aperitif and a good match for fish, sushi, and sashimi.
