Amontillado is a variety of Sherry that is first aged under flor but which is then exposed to oxygen, producing a sherry that is darker than a fino but lighter than an oloroso. Naturally dry.

Tasting Notes:  On the nose displays clear nutty and sweet aromas. Dry and round on the palate with a marked nutty character in a long finish.

Notes:  Ideal as aperitif, with dry fruits and to accompany hearty soups, and spicy Indian meals.
