Production: Anjoli is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Grenache in equal proportions. It has been fermented in open vats and spent 12 months in third- and fourth-year French Allier before assembling.

Tasting Notes: Concentrated aromas of cherries and wild berries. Medium-full bodied and nicely balanced. The spiciness and the earthy mineral notes give the wine an outstanding and a lingering smooth finish. Fresh and uncomplicated and will not disappoint.

Anjoli can be drunk during the next 5-6 years.

Celler Ardèvol is a small celler situated in the village of Porrera, in the heart of the highly acclaimed wine region of Priorat. The vineyards are scattered around the municipality of Porrera, with 10 ha of vines growing in very poor soils composed of llicorella and producing very low yields. Their wines go through long macerations and gentle pressings, ageing in French oak barrels afterwards.
